Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day financial and operational performance of assigned retail properties by developing annual operating budgets, monitoring variance reports, and ensuring assets meet highest maintenance standards. Conduct regular property inspections to mitigate safety and liability concerns while overseeing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery. Build strong tenant relationships by addressing operational needs, supporting collection efforts, and coordinating tenant improvement allowances. Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and marketing teams to maximize property value, enhance tenant satisfaction, and achieve financial objectives. Ensure compliance with lease terms, operational agreements, and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
