Job Summary
Manage day-to-day financial and operational performance of assigned retail properties by developing annual budgets, monitoring variance reports, and ensuring assets meet highest maintenance standards. Conduct regular property inspections, mitigate safety risks, and oversee vendor relationships through contract negotiations and performance reviews. Build strong tenant connections by addressing operational needs, supporting collection efforts, and coordinating tenant improvement allowances. Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and marketing teams to maximize property value, enhance tenant satisfaction, and achieve financial objectives while ensuring compliance with lease terms and regulations. This role requires 5+ years of commercial property management experience, 50% travel, and proficiency in budgeting and capital projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
