Commercial Property Manager

Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants while working up to, and maintaining a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants. Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency, and prepare detailed client reports and presentations for ownership decisions. Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation and maintain an understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets. Ensure competence of all software and tools utilized by the organization and assist other team members in developing their understanding. This role is part of the growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team in Maroochydore, offering a full-time, office-based position with a current Real Estate License required.
