Job Summary
Commercial Property Manager role in Birmingham overseeing multi-occupied commercial portfolios (industrial, office, retail, leisure) with a hybrid working policy. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations and inspections, building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site staff; supervising site-based staff; preparing and obtaining approval of Service Charge Budgets; presenting budgets to tenants; liaising with property owners, asset managers and tenants; reporting to clients in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and other regulations. Requires experience in property/facilities management, ability to handle large workloads, a current UK driving licence, and strong Excel and property-management systems skills. Degree/HND or equivalent education is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within property management/facilities management
- A current and valid UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good skills in Excel and the use of a Property Management systems
- Property Education - Degree, HND or equivalent (desirable)
