Job Summary
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes including breach of lease, rent arrears claims, forfeiture, dilapidations, easements, adverse possession, and landlord-tenant matters. Support clients with all elements of property dispute matters while contributing to the firm's growth strategy through business development and networking. Operate within a hybrid schedule based in Poundbury, Taunton, or Yeovil. This role offers a tailored career path for an Associate seeking to build sector expertise in a collaborative environment that balances the resources of a larger firm with the flexibility of a smaller one.
