Job Summary
Set site inspection appointments with clients via email and phone. Conduct physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory, performing visual assessments of exterior areas, common spaces, units, roofs, and mechanical systems. Take digital photos using personal camera or tablet equipment, then type and insert images into reports via the company website or Microsoft Excel and Word. Work independently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision. Own a PC-based computer with Windows 10 or newer, access to Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation to cover a wide territory. Availability to work at least two full days is required. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet hard due dates with minimum supervision
- Ability to adequately assess the physical condition of a property
- Prepare clear and concise reports
- Strong computer, typing, and internet skills
- Own a PC-based (non-Apple) computer with Windows 10 or newer
- Access to Microsoft Excel and Word (Version 2013 or newer)
- Be a self-starter and require little motivation
- Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches
- Follows directions and instructions carefully
- Be detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule
- Availability to work at least two full days
- Ability to climb fixed vertical ladders
- Access to a reliable car with the ability to cover a wide territory
