Job Summary
Commercial Property Administrator and Leasing Coordinator role supporting senior-level property management and leasing operations. Responsibilities include executive-assist functions (calendars, correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes), commercial property administration (RFPs, change orders, contract templates, vendor coordination, budgets, job costs, A/R/AP reconciliations, tenant communications, insurance certificates, and file maintenance), and commercial leasing coordination (drafting leases/renewals/modifications from templates, lease database maintenance, sponsorships for industry associations, marketing materials and events, travel bookings, and cross-team coordination with Property Management, Leasing, and Construction). Requires strong MS Office skills, ability to organize documents and maintain vendor and tenant relationships, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple projects to timely completion are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)
- Experience in Real Estate, Finance, Construction, Property Management Leasing or Marketing environment is an asset
