Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on retail and restaurant build-outs
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lanham, MD
