Job Summary
Commercial Project Manager responsible for managing commercial construction and restoration projects ranging from $30,000 to $30M+. Key duties include collaborating with the estimator and team, executing construction plans, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating resources, conducting site visits for quality control, negotiating contracts for profitability, meeting deadlines across multiple projects, obtaining permits, interpreting building plans, overseeing inspections for code compliance, preparing reports, and leading owner–architect–contractor meetings with the estimator and relevant managers. Additional duties include invoicing/collections, staff and contractor hiring, client communication, managing project risks, and ensuring successful project delivery across various sites with travel as needed. Proficiency in industry software (e.g., XactAnalysis, Microsoft Office) and construction experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
