Job Summary
Oversee commercial construction projects from award to closeout, coordinating schedules, materials, subcontractors, and internal resources to ensure on-time, in-scope, quality-driven delivery. Track job costs and change orders while monitoring overall project performance, and communicate with clients, field leadership, and internal teams to maintain project momentum. Support quality control efforts and help resolve field-related issues; assist with closeout documentation and project completion. Requires prior experience managing commercial construction projects; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven with attention to detail. A college degree is a plus.
