Job Summary
Lead (or support) the delivery of complex federal and civil construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Partner with field teams to ensure top-tier safety and quality standards, and build lasting relationships with clients and project partners. Drive results while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years in general contracting or design-build construction; travel or relocation for key projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred: Building Construction)
- 5+ years’ experience in general contracting or design-build construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and integrity
- Willingness to travel or relocate for key projects
