Job Summary
Lead multi-million-dollar commercial glass/glazing projects in new construction. Manage schedules, coordination among vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments; oversee submittals, RFIs, templates, and project documentation; review blueprints and shop drawings; drive project documentation and field execution from kickoff to closeout to keep projects on schedule. Requires 3+ years of PM experience in commercial glazing/impact windows, plus strong organization and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; Bluebeam/MS Project a plus; ES Windows experience a plus. On-site role based in Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of PM experience in commercial glass/glazing or impact windows & doors
- New construction experience
- Blueprint reading and document control experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- MS Office required; Bluebeam/MS Project a plus
- ES Windows experience a plus
