Commercial Construction Project Manager responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Orlando, FL; manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams; lead project meetings and maintain client communications; ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget; experience 8-10+ years; projects range from approximately $1 million - $20 million; background in restaurant, retail, industrial, warehouse, and renovation projects; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
