Job Summary
Manage commercial drywall projects from award through completion by coordinating with owners, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and pricing for drywall scopes using On-Screen Takeoff software while overseeing project schedules, budgets, change orders, and material procurement. Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all Division 9 projects. This role balances estimating responsibilities with project execution for a growing contractor with a stable backlog of commercial work.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience managing and/or estimating commercial drywall projects
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
