Job Summary
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts; collaborate with engineering firms and submit documents to job information systems. Schedule productions, erection, and field finishing while coordinating with subcontractors on shipping sequences and load counts. Conduct field checks for dimensions, access, and site readiness before installation, then manage field installation for efficiency and address punch list items. Attend jobsite and turnover meetings, conduct client kickoffs, and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and engineers. Ensure client approval for change orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate site documentation including safety plans and lift plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings
- Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft office proficiency
