Job Summary
Manage multiple commercial countertop projects by consulting clients and supervisors to determine spatial requirements, establish timelines, and adjust schedules as needed. Represent the company in weekly contractor meetings, conduct onsite observations to monitor compliance with plans, and evaluate work post-install. Create CAD renderings and templates using computer software while updating internal tracking systems for materials and costs. Ensure job sites are ready for installation and assist with installs when necessary. Be available to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on job needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- CAD and template capabilities
- Ability to read blue prints
- Be available to work the occasional early morning, evening, or weekend based on job needs
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Pre-employment drug and background testing

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in countertop or construction industry
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
