Job Summary
Commercial Project Manager position in Bonita Springs, FL focused on delivering high-quality preconstruction services, owner representation, construction management, design-build, and general contracting. Responsible for executing projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with team members, clients, suppliers, and trade partners. Requires strong communication and collaboration with accounting, estimating, HR, and management, knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA standards, and CAD/estimating software proficiency. A Construction Management degree is preferred but not required; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is listed as a requirement. Travel is required. The role emphasizes managing subcontractors and vendors, maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues, and ensuring safe and successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of recent Commercial Construction work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Google Drive, Accounting software, Estimating software)
- Willing to travel
- Understanding of OSHA and MIOSHA standards
- Strong knowledge in General Trades (carpentry, doors, frames, hardware & millwork installation)
