Job Summary
Manage multiple commercial exterior projects simultaneously, leading them from contract turnover through final completion and closeout. Coordinate roofing, siding, and gutter installation activities while developing schedules and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field personnel. Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule compliance through regular jobsite visits, review drawings and specifications, and control budgets and material usage. Lead project meetings, documentation, and punch lists while maintaining relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and trade partners. Deliver projects on schedule and within budget with outstanding quality and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Strong scheduling, communication, and financial management skills
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial roofing, siding, exterior envelope, or multifamily experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
