Job Summary
Commercial Project Manager responsible for leading the development and delivery of large integrated customer solutions by translating broad concepts into structured programs. Role includes directing projects from concept to delivery with internal and external cross-functional teams, preparing cost models and substantial proposals, ensuring regulatory and cGMP alignment, allocating resources, maintaining production schedules, and fostering strong client relationships. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, along with experience in pharmaceutical/biotech contexts and DNA/RNA analytical knowledge. Travel occasional; full-time role with benchmark pay and benefits opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- BS / MS degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- cGMP regulatory knowledge preferred
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
