Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Project Manager for Customer Motorsport with a strong GT3 background to lead the GT project and handle market and customer management in Europe. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of international GT racing events, managing performance cars and race operations, developing customer support strategies, and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate should have a completed degree in business administration, extensive experience in GT3 racing, project management, strong analytical skills, a customer-first approach, and flexibility to travel and work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Completed university degree in business administration
- Profound experience in global customer motorsport with a clear focus on GT3
- Several years of professional experience in project management and organization/leadership of GT3 racing teams
- Sound English language skills
- Customer first approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and travel
