Commercial Programs Manager

Job Summary
Analyze commercial performance data and market signals to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks, translating findings into actionable outputs for internal stakeholders. Support the development of new products and service offerings that enhance revenue and customer value while taking ownership of cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through execution. Collaborate with stakeholders across the four core divisions and departments to design and rollout commercial initiatives, contributing to pricing and monetization experiments by structuring hypotheses and defining success metrics. Maintain project documentation and issue tracking to ensure transparency, facilitate communication between business functions and product teams, and provide advisory support on commercial analysis. Work closely with the Business Development Lead to align project priorities with broader commercial strategy and contribute to internal frameworks and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, commercial strategy, management consulting, product strategy, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with commercial and product data (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, SQL)
- A proven track record of leading or driving cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
- A solid understanding of basic pricing, packaging, and monetization concepts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure complex topics clearly and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in software, developer tools, or technology companies is a strong advantage
