Job Summary

Commercial Programs Manager for construction equipment to drive growth and execution across Butler Machinery’s multi-state division. You’ll partner with sales teams, store leaders, and OEM partners (including Caterpillar) to elevate performance, influence programs, and strengthen market position. Responsibilities include Sales Administrative Duties (managing market share data, KPI development, planning customer events, supporting new product launches, coordinating marketing campaigns with the CRM and quoting systems, training and riding with new sales associates, regular travel to store locations, merchandising new machines, and coordinating with OEMs) and Sales Support Duties (assisting with government bid proposals and quotes, updating retail programs in the quoting system, answering questions on retail programs, deploying retail programs, managing machine specs and orders, and supporting inventoryTurns). Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent, strong customer relations and communication skills, time management and presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of competitive machines, construction industry experience, and a sales background are preferred, along with mechanical knowledge. EOE/Vet/Disability.
