Job Summary
Lead and own the Commercial Programs lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization, defining program components, cadence designs, and audience segmentation for Sales and BDR teams; manage program plans, calendars, and campaign timing with Marketing; monitor capacity, performance, and data-driven insights to improve cadence effectiveness; develop and maintain enablement tools and content, ensure AI-first enhancements to rep productivity, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDR, and Marketing to align with go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial programs, or related role
- experience managing outbound programs, cadence design, or sales engagement platforms at scale
- cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- data-driven approach with analytics and A/B testing experience
- proficiency with Excel; Salesloft, 6Sense, Salesforce, Confluence, and Clay
