Commercial Programmes Manager

Commercial Programmes Manager to support EFI Group’s Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy. Responsible for developing and growing EFI’s professional training portfolio across apprenticeships, short courses, bootcamps, bespoke training and venue hire; translate employer requirements into programme briefs; identify new commercial training opportunities; oversee delivery and operational coordination of short courses and bespoke programmes; contribute to pricing, contract management and stakeholder engagement to ensure industry-informed, commercially competitive training offerings. Requires collaboration with Business Development, Industry Collaboration, Marketing and delivery teams; skills in employer engagement, CRM usage, stakeholder management, contract management, and MS Office 365; education sector experience and a degree are desirable.
