Job Summary
Based in Mumbai, the Commercial Process Specialist supports the Global Commercial organization by maintaining the Helm system data, handling daily invoicing, driving Order to Cash process improvements, documenting SOPs, and delivering high-quality data and controls. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across regions, process ownership from start to finish, and a structured, efficient approach to tasks in a dynamic, international setting. Key duties include daily system updates, issue resolution with stakeholders and system consultants, developing and evaluating Order to Cash processes, ensuring SOPs are mapped and documented, providing standard reports to regions, supporting internal controls, and driving continuous improvement and project activities in commercial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in process-oriented roles (commercial operations, customer service, or shared services)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with process mapping and presenting outcomes
- Experience with business systems and maintaining data accuracy
- Strong planning and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
