Job Summary
The Commercial Private Banker III is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) client relationships. This role requires expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring, along with a focus on providing a high-touch, relationship-driven client experience. Responsibilities include originating new business through networking and referrals, structuring complex credit relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in commercial banking with a strong emphasis on upper and middle-market businesses, along with proven success in managing profitable banking relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking
- Proven track record in C&I relationship management
- Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring expertise
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a private banking relationship-based client experience
- Established network of referral sources and influence centers
- Experience using CRM tools for managing relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
