Job Summary
Assist loan officers in managing and monitoring their loan portfolio, including underwriting and member service tasks. Analyze financials, prepare loan documentation, and perform credit monitoring. Promote TowneBank in the community and adhere to compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent member service skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external members
- Familiar with effective lending and underwriting practices
- Experience with analyzing financial statements and underwriting commercial credit
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with various internal departments to achieve team goals and objectives
- Knowledge of banking industry policies and procedures
- Computer skills (Word and Excel)
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience with banking to include small business, credit operations, and/or credit underwriting skills
