Job Summary
Commercial Pool Maintenance Specialist responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and chemical balance of swimming pools and related facilities at commercial properties. Performs water testing, chemical treatments, equipment inspections and repairs, and maintains daily logs. Ensures health and safety standards are met, communicates maintenance schedules and improvements to clients, and provides strong customer service and reporting to management.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to manage client relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial pool systems, including repairs, automation, equipment, and plumbing.
- Strong mechanical and manual labor skills for maintaining aquatic facilities and related equipment.
- Proficiency in math for calculating chemical ratios and additives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain accurate logs and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related experience in pool maintenance, preferably in a commercial or large-scale setting.
