Commercial Plumbing Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial plumbing systems across customer locations in North Carolina, diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, operating sewer machines to clear blockages, performing pipe camera inspections, and testing systems to ensure proper operation, while complying with North Carolina plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards. Requires valid driver’s license with insurable driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, and commercial plumbing experience; preferred experience with hydro jetting and customer-facing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commercial plumbing service experience or demonstrated ability to perform plumbing repairs independently.
- Experience using sewer machines and conducting pipe camera inspections.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.
