Job Summary
Manage daily job site operations by supervising field staff, subcontractors, and vendors while coordinating activities across multiple trades to ensure quality workmanship and schedule adherence. Lead project meetings, safety briefings, and site inspections to verify compliance with specifications, enforce OSHA standards, and identify delays requiring corrective actions. Develop project schedules, plan manpower needs, and coordinate equipment deliveries to align with timelines. Serve as the primary contact between field operations, Project Management, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and manage change orders. This role requires travel and involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction or mechanical contracting
- 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Master Plumber Licenses
- OSHA 10 certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Strong technical understanding of Plumbing and mechanical construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management and field software (e.g., MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, Vista)
- Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices
- Ability to work on active construction sites, including climbing ladders, lifting up to 75 lbs., and standing/walking for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Must be available for travel
Desired Qualifications
- Aerial and/or tenching certifications
- Experience with multi-trade coordination
