Job Summary
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects; supervise field crews and subcontractors; prepare accurate, competitive bids for new construction and renovation work; interpret blueprints and specifications to define scope, materials, and timelines; ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations; collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly; track budgets, timelines, and progress to deliver projects on time; oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and boiler systems; troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges with confidence and expertise; manage materials, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid General Contractor License (Boiler License) or Mechanical Contractor (HT)
- Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial plumbing projects
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
