Job Summary
Conduct rough-ins, groundworks, and installation of new plumbing systems in commercial buildings while reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, perform system tests using air and water pressure gauges to detect leaks, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations. Lead and mentor apprentices, organize materials and labor, and direct sub-scopes on site. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm with a competitive hourly wage of $40.00-$55.00. Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
