Job Summary
Manage commercial plumbing projects by forecasting tasks, materials, and manpower while leading teams of tradesmen. Read and understand construction documents to write RFI's, Change Orders, T&M Tickets, Dailies, Material Requests, and Reports. Apply knowledge of all codes and regulations specific to the project while prioritizing the safety of self and others on site. Forecasting and project management skills are essential for lead positions acting as the right hand to the foreman. This role requires 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience and computer proficiency. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field and education in the trade
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
- Must know how to write; RFI's, Change Orders, T&M Tickets, Dailies, Material Requests, and Reports
- Must have computer experience
- Must be an effective positive Team leader, organized and driven
- Capable of forecasting tasks, materials, and manpower
- Understand the importance of the safety of self and others on the projects
- Knowledge of all codes and regulations specific to the project
- require the passing of drug screen prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- If applying for a Lead person, need to be able to manage portions of projects and will be the right hand to the foreman
