Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to completion, directing plumbers, apprentices, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure installations are safe, efficient, and compliant with codes and contracts. Establish daily and weekly goals, coordinate materials and deliveries, and maintain jobsite inventory while serving as the primary field contact for customers and inspectors. Review drawings and specifications, conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses, and perform weekly safety walks to enforce OSHA regulations and company policies. Mentor personnel, foster teamwork, and support workforce development efforts. This role acts as the company's front-line representative on high-profile projects, with a competitive wage starting at $32.00 per hour and access to an accredited NCCER Apprenticeship Program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of commercial plumbing experience
- State issued Driver's License with safe driving record
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
