Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Lead field crews on commercial plumbing projects, identify opportunities, and drive customer-facing work through consultations, estimating, and relationship-building with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients. Develop project scope, present pricing, support close of projects, and ensure all work complies with codes and contracts. Balance sales responsibilities with hands-on leadership and technical expertise while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site. Based in San Angelo, TX and willing to relocate to San Angelo, TX. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and bid documents, performing material takeoffs and labor projections, soliciting vendor/subcontractor pricing, assisting with bid preparation and value engineering, tracking costs, supervising crews, planning daily activities, coordinating with project managers/inspectors/other trades, and maintaining project documentation.
