Job Summary
Lead a team of journeyman plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on active construction sites for high-volume multi-family projects. Ensure all installations comply with plumbing codes, blueprints, and project specifications while conducting regular pre and post-project site inspections. Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and identify field issues, change orders, and technical problems promptly. Train and mentor crew members and interface with inspectors, clients, and project managers regarding progress and compliance. Ensure proper testing and commissioning of plumbing systems. Requires minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in construction management software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Proven Foreman or Lead experience managing crews of 5-15+
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Desired Qualifications

- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA certification
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA 30)
- Strong leadership & management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
