Job Summary
Lead the Commercial Plumbing Division by seamlessly transitioning between project management and division leadership. Build and maintain relationships with field teams, subcontractors, general contractors, and clients while overseeing project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Interpret project specifications and estimates, train and mentor new hires to ensure compliance with company standards, and implement SOPs to improve efficiency. Represent the company at meetings, job sites, and industry events, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through an ACTIVE Georgia Nonrestricted Master Plumber’s License. Requires experience in estimating, project management, subcontractor management, and strong communication, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in North Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a focus on new construction projects
- Strong understanding of estimation, project management, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the North Georgia area, with knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics
- Self-employed or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Non-Union experience preferred
- ACTIVE Georgia Nonrestricted Master Plumber’s License
