Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including underground, water supply, drainage, and waste disposal. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine layout and material requirements. Cut, thread, and bend pipes to specifications using hand and power tools. Install fixtures, valves, pipe fittings, and pumps while inspecting systems for defects, leaks, and hazards. Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and implement effective solutions. Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Proficient in Pro press. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a commercial plumber. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a commercial plumber
- Thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
