Job Summary
Supervise apprentices to ensure efficient workflow, safe, code-compliant, and on-schedule project completion. Act as the primary on-site contact, managing day-to-day operations, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. Coordinate material needs, maintain accurate records, and keep work sites clean and organized. Interpret blueprints and technical manuals while adhering to all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines. Requires a valid Journeyman Plumber's license and 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience. Overtime, weekend, and emergency work may be required. Team Kline offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and accredited apprenticeships.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial plumbing
- Valid driver's license
