Job Summary
Install commercial plumbing systems and fixtures, including piping, pumps, valves, drains, and water heaters. Diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, and troubleshoot system malfunctions by reading blueprints and building codes to plan installations and upgrades. Conduct testing to ensure systems are leak-free, properly pressurized, and fully functional while complying with local, state, and national plumbing codes. Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and other trades on project sites. Requires minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing, with a strong focus on commercial systems
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Familiarity with applicable plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and carry heavy tools and materials
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, and at elevated heights
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency working with PVC, CPVC, copper (sweat and ProPress), and cast iron piping systems
