Job Summary
Install, repair, and service residential plumbing systems including water heaters, filtration, and fixtures while identifying and troubleshooting leaks, blockages, or equipment failures. Review and interpret plans, estimate time and costs for jobs, and collaborate with contractors and customers. Respond to plumbing emergencies, maintain flexibility to travel throughout the service area, and safely lift materials weighing up to 100 lbs. Maintain a clean company vehicle and stay current on industry best practices and CEU requirements. Train less experienced plumbers to improve their knowledge and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Plumbing experience
- Active Journey Level (PL01) License
- Active Electrical Trainee Card
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces
