Job Summary
Lead crews on commercial plumbing projects in the Denver metro area, directing installation and/or replacement of drains and water lines, water heaters, TI work, commercial bathroom renovations, underground rough-ins, small ground-up construction, and core drilling. Ensure jobsite safety and OSHA compliance with proper PPE; coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and building engineers; review and execute work per drawings, submittals, and specifications; order and manage materials to control costs; maintain documentation for job notes, RFIs, change orders, and daily photos; track labor and material performance and communicate needs proactively; maintain quality workmanship, schedule awareness, and crew productivity. Requirements include a Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license, strong experience with commercial plumbing systems, experience leading crews and running jobsites, ability to read blueprints, rough-in/underground experience preferred, professional communication and basic computer skills, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check; must be able to lift 50+ lbs and have basic hand tools.
Required Qualifications
