Commercial Planning & Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
Manage and maintain the EWR Commercial Programme Plan, ensuring visibility across all commercial activity. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks using recognised programme management methodologies to flag resourcing constraints before they become delivery issues. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external governance organisations while reporting on commercial milestones, governance points, and assurance activities. Support the Commercial Sub-Committee and higher governance processes, including approvals and action tracking. Prepare clear, compelling reports for senior management and analyse contract values to anticipate upcoming governance needs. Assist with budget reporting, cost centre planning, and developing training materials for the Commercial function.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical capability with tools such as Primavera P6, PowerBI, and other planning/reporting systems
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Sharp analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to influence, clarify and steer conversations with senior stakeholders
