Job Summary
Integrate multi-source data from ERP systems, clean and calibrate demand, WIP, inventory, and lead time data to support monthly/quarterly SIOP cycles. Lead SIOP data analytics work including consensus forecasting, supply-demand balancing, and risk assessment while building forecast accuracy models. Adopt AI tools and predictive algorithms to automate dashboards and real-time alerts, shifting planning from post-review to pre-prediction. Align with Sales, Product, and Procurement teams to mitigate material risks and facilitate cross-functional SIOP reviews. Optimize data standards and core KPIs including production plan accuracy, material availability, and OTD rates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an experienced and trusted leader in scientific solutions
- Integration of multi-source data from ERP systems (SFDC and SAP)
- Cleaning and calibration of demand order, WIP, inventory, capacity and material lead time data
- Leadership of data analytics work within the monthly/quarterly SIOP cycle
- Support for Demand Planning, Consensus Forecasting, Supply-Demand Balancing, and risk assessment
- Building and maintaining forecast accuracy analysis models
- Tracking key metrics including Forecast Accuracy, Revenue at Risk, and Capacity Exposure
- Preparation of SIOP meeting materials for management
- Translation of complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Adoption of AI data analysis tools, predictive algorithms and intelligent scenario simulation models
- Building demand forecasting, material shortage early warning and capacity prediction models
- Replacement of manual static Excel analysis with AI automated dashboards and real-time alert system
- Continuous iteration of AI models to adapt to customized instrument orders and frequent product iteration features
- Alignment with Sales team for order forecast and order change information
- Cooperation with Product Managers for new product launch, BOM version update notification
- Collaboration with procurement and material teams to mitigate long-lead-time material risks
- Facilitation of monthly SIOP cross-functional review meeting
- Release of unified data insight report
- Unification of cross-department data standard
- Optimization of SIOP data reporting process
- Focus on core KPIs including production plan accuracy, material availability rate and OTD rate
- Drive of continuous improvement of manufacturing planning capability and order delivery performance
