Develop the client portfolio by prospecting new accounts, selling existing products, and proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Manage and animate the client portfolio by tracking satisfaction, preparing specific offers, and following up on quotations. Provide technical advice on products, monitor sales and after-sales service, and update client files with detailed visit reports. Track receivables, handle disputes, and conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys while analyzing market share and competitor practices. Contribute to commercial strategy by recommending performance improvements and participating in product range definitions.
