Job Summary
Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients, ensuring their pest problems are resolved through top-notch inspection and control services. Respond quickly to client complaints and service requests, turning pest challenges into solutions while expanding accounts through referrals and add-on sales. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked company vehicle for field travel, adhering to all safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule to meet client expectations, including handling urgent and unscheduled services. Complete regular training sessions to earn certifications and stay updated on the latest pest control methods. Partner with clients and technical specialists to create action plans for solving and preventing pest management problems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Completion of required employment eligibility verification form
- Ability to obtain licensing through on-the-job training
