Job Summary
Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients by providing pest control and inspection services according to established standards. Respond quickly to complaints and service requests while offering knowledgeable guidance on managing complex pest problems. Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and set up equipment for treatments, ensuring compliance with DOT standards. Work a flexible schedule to handle urgent and unscheduled services, seeking referrals and discussing add-on services to grow accounts. Engage in regular training to earn certifications and partner with specialists to create action plans for pest prevention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
- 5+ years Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to pass background screening requirements, including identity, criminal history and motor vehicle records checks
- Ability to meet DOT physical standards, including a 5-panel drug screen
- Must possess the physical ability to safely operate and drive a vehicle, including maintaining control and awareness during extended periods of driving
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, which may weigh up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary
- Ability to work in tight or confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, equipment rooms, and silos
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment to minimize health risks from exposure to chemicals and pests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production
- Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications
- Previous pest control experience
