Job Summary
Commercial Performance Manager responsible for leading the creation and execution of long-term business strategy (range, pricing, performance), designing product price quality ladder and steering sales to targets, developing unique promotions aligned with marketing strategy, conducting competitor analysis, reviewing forecasting and monthly sales planning, presenting quarterly portfolio reviews to stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to maximize impact and achieve sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in category management, product category analysis, retail, e-commerce or related field
- Analytical mindset with action-based analysis
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) would be a huge asset
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, International Business, Data Analytics or related field
- Strong conceptual, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Independent and self-reliant work organization
- Persistence and enthusiastic mindset
