Job Summary
Manage commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience while achieving personal and store sales goals. Direct drivers to ensure timely, accurate delivery and maintain commercial stocking programs. Source parts from numerous locations including special order, FDO, and second sources, and partner with the General Manager to coach Team Members on developmental needs. Maintain core bank and commercial returns and credit accounts while building a network of second source suppliers. Requires ASE P2 certification or readiness, proficiency in automotive systems, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Full-time position with sales commission based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Speak and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Understand Commercial profitability concepts, including knowledge of competition, market opportunities, and customer prioritization
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (occasionally)

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be available for an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish language ability (a plus)
- ASE certification
