Commercial Parts Pro

Commercial Parts Pro is a full-time professional sales role focused on profitable growth of the commercial automotive parts business. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving sales and service objectives, providing day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members, dispatching drivers to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and sourcing from multiple channels including special order, FDO, and second sources. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, proficiency with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems, and the ability to work varied days and weekends. ASE certification is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required; Spanish is a plus. Compensation includes hourly wages with potential commissions and benefits; located in Maplewood, NJ, with in-person responsibilities. The position emphasizes collaboration with the GM on coaching, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving personal/store sales goals.
